Your acceptance is not guaranteed and must go through an approval process. Please tell us a bit about the selection of books you would be selling. We are aiming to cater to all ages of Christians – share the demographic(s) you will have books for. You would be permitted to sell or give away related or promotional items. If you know what those would be, please describe them here.
We will have a limited amount of space and time for workshops during the event. If you would like to be considered for teaching one, please describe it below and we will consider it. Include TITLE, TIME LENGTH, 1 PARAGRAPH DESCRIPTION, WHY you are qualified to teach this, and if there would be any COST FOR MATERIALS by attendees. If selected, you will not be paid for doing the workshop, but it would be good advertising for your books!
Agreement with the Statement of Faith *I confess that I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father; through Him all things were made. For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven, was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became truly human. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered death and was buried. On the third day He rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father [and the Son], who with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one holy and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.

By submitting this form, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Family Christian Book Fest 2026 is at their own risk. The event organizers, hosts, venue, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to any person or property arising out of or in connection with this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, their representatives, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from the vendor’s participation, products, or actions during the event.

Cancelation Policy: Once a vendor has been approved and has paid, there is no option to obtain a refund. A vendor registration may be transferred however, to another vendor, pending their approval by the leaders of the Family Christian Book Fest 2026.
