Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Event: Family Christian Book Fest

Date & Location: October 10, 2026, 10am-4pm, Covenant Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs

1. Agreement Overview

By submitting the Sponsor Application Form, the applicant (“Sponsor”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that participation in Family Christian Book Fest (“Event”) is subject to approval by the Event organizers (“Organizer”). Submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Approval Process

All sponsors are subject to review to ensure alignment with the Event’s mission and values. The Organizer reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide explanation. If declined, any payments made will be refunded in full.

3. Payment and Confirmation

Upon approval, Sponsors will receive an invoice or payment link corresponding to their selected sponsorship tier.
Sponsorship benefits will be activated only after payment is received in full. The latest date to receive payment in order to include all the corresponding tier benefits is July 31, 2026. If payment is made after that, attempts will be made to fulfill as many of the corresponding tier benefits as possibly, but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Sponsorship Benefits

Benefits are outlined on the Event website and may include logo placement, program listing, signage recognition, physical and digital mentions. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust placement, size, or exposure of sponsor materials as needed for design or space limitations.

Sponsors must submit logos, artwork, and promotional materials by July 31, 2026 in approved file formats (.jpg or .png) if the chosen tier supports logo placement.

5. Content and Representation

Sponsors agree that their materials, products, and brand representations will:

The Organizer reserves the right to remove or refuse display of any materials deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a Sponsor withdraws after payment, sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of event postponement or cancellation by the Organizer, sponsorship fees may be transferred to a rescheduled date or refunded at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. Liability

Sponsors participate at their own risk. The Organizer, venue, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property before, during, or after the Event.

8. Indemnification

Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its representatives, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from their participation or promotional materials.

9. Use of Logos and Name

By becoming a Sponsor, the Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to use their business name, logo, and submitted materials for event promotion, both digital and print.

10. Acknowledgment

By submitting the Sponsorship Application and checking the agreement box, the Sponsor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
